What you experience every day – but rarely say out loud.
The examination is unremarkable. The patient still has pain.
An explanation that truly convinces them is missing – not because you don’t have one, but because it’s hard to convey without imaging.
What exactly does “muscular imbalances” mean on the referral?
You write muscular imbalances on the referral. But what’s really behind it – which muscle is compensating, which is barely firing – remains invisible. To you, to the physio you refer to, and especially to your patient.
Chronic pain, compensation patterns, tension that won’t release.
You understand the mechanisms. But the patient doubts, does the exercises half-heartedly, keeps coming back. Not because they don’t want to – but because they don’t understand.
The surgery went well. What about rehab?
You performed the procedure perfectly. But rehab happens outside your control. And when it doesn’t go well, the questions still come back to you.
EMG is not a tool. It’s a working principle.
MRI and X-ray show structure – what a muscle looks like. EMG shows function – how it works, whether it’s being activated, whether it compensates, whether activation is symmetrical. That’s functional imaging. It answers questions that structural imaging fundamentally cannot. myoact doesn’t bring another technology into your practice – it brings everything you already know to an evidence-based, visible level.
Established technology,
reimagined for your everyday practice
Analysis, direct interpretation, and therapy recommendation in under 3 minutes. myoact was specifically developed for broad medical use and the everyday challenges in practice.

Top-Class Hardware
The most flexible EMG sensors on the market. Only if you can use them everywhere will you use EMG frequently.
We make EMG the standard in modern training therapy
You can only change what you can measure. But every new analysis tool should also integrate seamlessly into existing practice workflows. We use myoact ourselves every day – that’s why we can guarantee a reliable, smoothly functioning plug-and-play solution.
Supporting the clinical assessment
Measuring muscle activity during movement reveals imbalances and asymmetries that can only be communicated and treated using EMG as functional imaging.
Supporting prehab and rehab
Assess neuromuscular readiness before full loading, objectively document rehab progress – and make accountability for outcomes clearly traceable.
What is myoact Mapping?
How does a muscle analysis with EMG work?
myoact Mapping is a standardised procedure for recording muscle activity at defined body regions. It enables a structured analysis of typical muscle groups in just 3 minutes – for example in the back, pelvis or shoulder area. The sensors are applied according to a fixed protocol to then test how muscles perform at rest, during voluntary activation and during involuntary activation. The system automatically documents activity profiles and generates an individual report. Based on this data, muscular imbalances, asymmetric activation or innervation disorders can be made visible – objectively, reproducibly and clearly presented.
We’re making EMG the standard in modern training therapy.
You can only change what you can measure. But every new analysis tool must integrate seamlessly into existing practice workflows. We use myoact ourselves every day – which is why we guarantee a reliable, frictionless plug-and-play solution.

Compliance that actually happens
When a patient sees that a muscle that feels active is barely firing – their willingness to genuinely follow through on exercises changes. Immediately. Not because you explained it better. But because they saw it themselves.
Why our customers love myoact
What doctors ask us most.
If your question isn’t listed here, simply arrange a short, direct conversation with us.
How much onboarding time does my team actually need?
The system is guided and intuitive. Many users complete their first mapping on day one. Online courses, direct support channels and EMG-experienced staff accompany you and your team ongoing.
Do I need a dedicated room or special equipment?
No. myoact consists of wireless sensors and a tablet app. No lab, no renovation, no dedicated room. It works wherever you already work.
Why does myoact work without MVC normalisation?
myoact uses MVA – maximum voluntary activation without external resistance. This reveals the true neural access to the muscle, reflecting everyday function without distortion from pain or fear of movement.
Why a subscription – and not a one-off payment?
Because we deliberately keep the barrier to entry low: from €279 net per month, cancellable monthly, no minimum term. No maintenance overhead, no update stress – we handle that.
What if it just doesn't work for me in practice?
Then cancel. But our experience shows: those who use myoact consistently in their core situations – imbalances, chronic pain patients, post-op follow-up – wouldn’t want to go without it afterwards.
How much are the monthly costs for myoact?
The base licence starts at €279 net/month for two sensors and €344 net/month for four sensors. Included: app, software updates, training and support.
